Yup.....waay baack in  1977....I went thru a terrible divorce from my 1st wife Susan in Evanston, ILL. I sold my first biz in 1972.....and could not find anyone to hire me IN my Field (Alarm Systems)   I hung around Evanston for 2 yrs and  finally decided to get out of Town and go visit Conrad in Glenwood Springs, CO.

I arrived in Glenwood...got a room in a boarding house and contacted Conrad the next day.

Conrad was building an apartment bldg and hired me to be on the crew.  Well....."construction Labor" was NOT my thing so....after 2 weeks I quit and got a job selling cars at Glenword Ford. And I'll never forget how Conrad helped me....when I Really...needed help.

Don Alm.....now 84....living in a beautiful house in Roseburg, Oregon with Carla.....my wife of 43 yrs.
