Pamela JoAnn Regan
Pamela JoAnn Willis Regan passed away on November 16th, 2015.

Pam was born October 8, 1962, in Fruita, Colorado, to Roe and Sandra Willis. Pam was the much loved sister of Ted Willis (Longmont, Colorado) and Mindy Willis Schroyer (Anchorage, Alaska) and the loving mother of Matthew Hartman (Glenwood Springs, Colorado) and wife of Tom Regan (New Castle, Colorado).

She was the aunt of Brian Schroyer and Jamie Schroyer (Anchorage, Alaska) and dear friend to hundreds throughout the valley.

She grew up in Boulder, Colorado, until she was 13 when she moved to Glenwood Springs, Colorado, with her mother where she completed high school and met her first husband Bob Hartman in 1983. They opened the popular 19th St. Diner with KG and Swanee in Glenwood in 1986. Pam and Bob moved to Florida in 1987 and were overjoyed when their son, Matthew Kyle Hartman, was born in 1989. Pam described Matthew as “the best thing I will know in this life.”

Pam returned to Glenwood Springs with Matthew in 1991 and married the love of her life Tom Regan in 1996. They have lived in New Castle, Colorado, for 8 Years.

Pam will be remembered for her ability to make people happy and for her energy and long involvement in the Glenwood Springs Elks where she met hundreds of friends and won Elk of the Year in 1996 for her endless volunteer work.

She will be greatly missed.
