Condolence: My special condolences to the family of Don Miller. When I enrolled at Western State in the Spring of 1959, Don Miller was one of the first people who be came a friend. We continued that friendship rafting on the Gunnison River, playing softball, and having good times at the Ramble Inn. When I was coaching Football and Wrestling at Lake County, we competed against each other and always enjoyed the encounters. Don, was a credit to the High School coaching ranks in Colorado. Don was someone who set an example for all Coaches to follow. Don will be missed and I feel very special to have know him.

Condolence: We in the coaching and teaching profession will miss Don Miller in many ways. He was a true mentor to so many of us and we knew he was always there to stand up for what is right. The world is less of a place with him gone. He will be with us forever for what he taught us.
