Scott Blair Whitlock was a good man!
Scott "Froggy" Blair Whitlock never met a stranger. He was a spectacular soul who genuinely liked people and made friends everywhere he went. He lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 30 years and he definitely left his mark in countless ways all over this valley.
Scott was a good man and he will be sorely missed by all those who knew him.
