Betty M. Hollenbaugh passed away peacefully on November 6, 2015. She was born to Henry A. and Bessie Mockelmann on July 15, 1920, in Cheyenne Wells, CO. She was preceded in death by her husband, brother, sister, father and mother.

Betty married G.K. (Ken) Hollenbaugh on February 27, 1943, in Miami, FL. She worked for the FBI as a secretary in Baltimore and San Francisco prior to her marriage. She and Ken settled in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, in 1949. She worked for the State of Colorado Employment Office and then the Department of Rehabilitation. After retirement she found her 10 years of volunteering for RSVP to be very rewarding.

Betty is survived by her son, Gary (Marilyn) Hollenbaugh, her daughter, Betsy (Michael) Martin, grandchildren Jeff, Brian and Sara Becca and 4 great-grandchildren, Elisabeth, Chloe, Sam, and Carmichael.

There will be no services per her request.
