Beverly’s nephew, Tony Maddalone, has been on the top of the kidney transplant list for two years now. The medical costs of the transplant are enormous and our family’s concern of not knowing how to help Tony and his young family were on Beverly’s mind continually. As per Beverly’s request, in lieu of flowers please contribute to Tony’s kidney transplant fund at the paypal account www.paypal.me/Maddalones.

Our most heartfelt thank you goes to Hospice of the Valley. Without all of these beautiful, kind angels we would never have been able to get through this most difficult time. Special thanks to: Chaplain Jim, Ann, Kristen, Debbie, Brenda, Chana, Ellen, Krispin, Ally, Lauri, Markee, Jan, and Nancy.
