Jay Michael Fonaas 63, passed away April 5, 2015 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Jay was born on August 31, 1951 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to John and Kathleen Fonaas. Jay is survived by his wife Randie Fonaas, son Jackson Fonaas (Mara), daughter Shauna Plolz (Charles), brother John Fonaas Jr., sisters Jill Simpson (Robert), and Mary Hayden (Bill), three grandchildren Ashely, Charlie, Brooklee and Plolz. He is preceded in death by his father John Fonaas. A memorial service will be held Friday April 10, 2015 at 3:00pm at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Glenwood Springs.
